As Doflamingo falls through the gaping crack in the ground, Luffy deflates in the air.
Law teleports him with Shamble, switching Luffy's place with a rubble, and bringing him safely on the ground.
Doflamingo fell near the underground dock, and his broken sunglasses fall near him.
The crowd cheers, tells us Gatz what just happened!
Gatz is severely wounded, but gets up to do his job.
Look at the Sky Dressrosa! What just disappeared... the Birdcage or is it perhaps Doflamingo's dominion?
As the birdcage disappears, the gladiators, Zoro, Franky, and others pushing the strings trip and fall to the ground.
As Gatz announces land of freedom laying beyond the disappeared strings, he stutters while trying to announce the victor.
He is overcome with tears.
Flashbacks of tragedy that befell on the kingdom.
As he yells out Lucy's name, scene switches to Kyros.
He is also reminiscing the hardships of the past decade, and breaks down in tears.
As the crowd cheers and cries for joy, One Piece narrator panels kick in
"A crumbling nation is not necessary a despairing nation. This day, the people of this nation cried in joy amidst the rubble."
Wet with Rebecca's tears, Luffy is unconscious on the ground, smiling.

The chapter feels really short because it's mostly flashbacks and reactions.
