The Vinsmokes are not cyborgs, but "modified humans". In reality, they do not possess iron parts like cyborgs, rather, the modification of the lineage factor has made their skin as sturdy as iron, as well as easily malleable, akin to that of crustaceans says their card
Reiju was, just like her brothers, engineered to be emotionless and from a biological standpoint, she's completely identical to them. However, the only reason she has emotions is because her mother, Sora, actually raised her and taught her emotion and empathy
This was because her mother spent expensive time with her daughter, trying to raise her into a proper human. Since Sora was mostly hospitalized during the uprising of the other Vinsmokes, they weren't educated like Reiju was, making them as they are now (apart for Sanji)

- Yonji was meant to be part of a set of twins, alongside fifth son "Goji"
When a husband of Big Mom marries her, he is treated specially over that short period, being given a crown, likely to represent a sort of equal status to Linlin (which is why Pound had one). However, as soon as the children are born, the husband is abandoned and the crown revoked
