Makima is caressing the heart (Pochita)
Denji gets up from amid the mountain of corpses.
(He's dressed like the men in black)
While Makima's guard is down, he cuts into her with a chainsaw.
(The Chainsawman from last weak that had his heart ripped out was a disguised Pochita)
The chainsaw Denji uses was transformed by Power's blood.
Makima's injuries will be slow to heal.
There's not a clear sign of her defeat, but it seems Denji turned Makima into food to eat her.

"You finally dropped your guard.
Give me back Pochita."
Pochita returns to his body.
"Makima-san, the 'me' you fought and took the heart from was Pochita.
Your wounds are healing more slowly, right? I made that chainsaw with Power's blood
She's going on a rampage inside you now."
"Oh, good timing. Master's coming to get me.
Sorry, Makima-san." (He brings a chainsaw to her throat)
Kishibe: "There's still more to do. I'm going to leave it all to you."
Denji is keeping boxes of food in a refrigerator and he gets one out to eat.
(There are a large number of boxes and they're probably Makima-meat)
He mixes them with miso soup and ginger pork.
And eats them.
"So this is what Makima-san tastes like."

Oha lan, Makima'yı yemişler zuhahahah, BASED DENJİ, Shonen Jump böyle bir anakarekter görmedi, görmeyecek.
